Investigation and research are the family heirlooms of our Party, the foundation for planning and the way to achieving success. The "Observing Fengxian through On-site Investigation" series of activities provides a broad platform for selected cadres to visit the site and get close to the people, honing their core skills in investigation and research. The activity aims to guide the selected cadres to connect with the "ground" and understand the "real situation", to apply "true learning" to "practical work", and to gain experience, acquire genuine knowledge and enhance their skills in the process of visiting and learning, creating a strong atmosphere where the selected cadres exchange experiences, connect emotions and grow together.
In recent years, the private economy has played a significant supporting role in the high-quality development of Fengxian and has become an indispensable force in the economic and social development of Fengxian. To thoroughly study and understand the strategic deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on promoting the development and growth of the private economy, further understand the main thread of the development of the private economy in Fengxian, and jointly discuss revitalization and development, on June 27th, the selected cadres of Fengxian District and those who are training in Fengxian successfully carried out the theme activity of "Seeking Quality Development through Innovation and Sailing towards the Future with Enterprises".

"Visit Xiancheng Future Intelligent Manufacturing" study Tour

The first stop for the selected trainees was Shanghai Yilun Heat Exchange System Co., LTD. They visited the Yilun Co., LTD. Test Center, oil cooler factory, air conditioning box factory, Tianying module factory and other places in sequence, learning about the products, technologies and production processes of the leading enterprise in the new energy auto parts industry, and entering the Fengxian case of new quality productivity empowering the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.

          

The second stop for the selected trainees was Shanghai Tianyang Steel Pipe Co., LTD., where they learned from the demonstration model of the "Two Enterprises and Three New" Party building work. The selected trainees visited the "Tianyang's Story" exhibition hall, Fenghua Hall, Tianyang Party-Mass Service Station and Tianyang Contemporary Art Museum in sequence, exploring the vivid practice of "science and technology Innovation Party building" empowering manufacturing factories to transform into science and technology innovation-driven R&D enterprises.

          

At the third stop, in the exhibition hall of Shanghai Tianyang Steel Pipe Co., LTD., the selected trainees launched a learning and exchange activity centered on the theme of "private economy". The event was hosted by Yang Liu, a selected student of the 2023 grade from the District Education Bureau.

Wang Zhenzhong, the general manager of Shanghai Tianyang Steel Pipe Co., LTD., based on his own professional experience and the changes and growth of the company since its establishment, demonstrated how an enterprise can break through development bottlenecks in competition and challenges through technological innovation and market adaptation, and strive to be the "leader" in the industry. Peer-led learning

Zhu Chao, a 2023-level selected cadre of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, led the study of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on Promoting the Development and Expansion of the Private Economy", and sorted out the overview of Fengxian's economy from aspects such as industrial development, cultural heritage, integration of industry and city, and policy advantages. As a vibrant city with thriving industries, Fengxian has established a modern industrial system oriented towards the future, focusing on four emerging industries: beauty and health, new energy auto parts, digital and intelligent new economy, and chemical new materials. It is accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and promoting the regional economy to develop in a higher quality, more efficient and more sustainable direction. Zhu Chao's leading study and sharing not only deepened the selected cadres' understanding of the policies for the private economy, but also helped them gain a more comprehensive, systematic and in-depth understanding of the economic development situation in Fengxian District.

Yan Qingyun, a selected cadre of the 2023 grade from Qingcun Town, elaborated in detail on the business environment and the current status of services for private enterprises in Qingcun Town from ten aspects including an overview of the town, industrial development, and an introduction to the park. He also sorted out the strategic measures and future plans of Qingcun Town to support the development of the private economy. Qingcun Town, based on the development goals of "strengthening the town through industry, creating a new type of town, establishing the town through ecology, and invigorating the town through harmony", continuously enhances its advantageous and characteristic industries, stimulates the vitality of innovation-driven development, expands the space for industrial development, and achieves sustainable development with better quality, better structure and more benefits.

Mr. Fei Xiaotong employed on-site investigation methods to meticulously record various aspects of villagers' production, life, social interactions, etc., providing us with a vivid picture of rural social and economic development.

Developing the collective economy of villages is a long-term task. We must adhere to goal-oriented approaches, be upright and down-to-earth, and persevere with determination. First, we must strengthen organization and adhere to the leadership of Party building. Led by the village Party organization, a four-party cooperative and interactive mechanism involving the village Party organization, the village collective economy, the village cooperative and farmers has been formed to jointly drive the increase of income and prosperity of the masses. Second, we need to develop industries and make good use of agricultural products. Today's practical activities were rich in content. Whether it was the on-site visit to "Future Manufacturing" or the experience learning on "Private Enterprise Development", every link was full of valuable information. Especially the visit to Tianyang Party-Mass Service Station left a deep impression on me. Through the study of the advanced experience of the "Two Enterprises and Three New" Party building work, it is inspired that: First, we should pay attention to the in-depth integration of Party building with social governance, ecological protection, rural civilization and other aspects, actively create a "Party building +" leading model, enhance the efficiency of grassroots governance, and stimulate the internal driving force of rural self-governance and co-governance. Second, in the process of promoting rural industrial development and facilitating the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, we should give full play to the role of the Party building joint construction as a bridge and link, create more efficient and favorable conditions for resource allocation and shared integration, and achieve a win-win situation for all parties. Third, we should make good use of information technology. Through today's event, I truly felt the vitality of private enterprises in their transformation and upgrading, as well as their bold and enterprising spirit. In my opinion, to further strengthen the private economy, we can start from two aspects On the one hand, relevant departments should enhance scientific coordination, develop new quality productive forces, intensify guidance on enterprises' technological innovation, accelerate the introduction and cultivation of a batch of new economies, new industries and new business forms with strong innovation capabilities and good market prospects, promote the intelligent, green and integrated development of industries, and build a modern industrial system that is complete, advanced and secure. On the other hand, optimizing the business environment is a practical need for promoting high-quality development. First, in the implementation of policies, more efforts should be made from the perspective of enterprises to ensure that policies benefiting enterprises are effectively implemented. Second, after the policy is implemented, the follow-up visit system should be carried out, visiting enterprises, listening to their opinions, and solving problems to continuously promote the healthy development of enterprises. Third, we should continue to deepen the "service package" system, promote precise policy matching, and create a warm, considerate and reassuring business environment with meticulous services.

Through this activity, the selected trainees have further enhanced their understanding and reflection on the high-quality development of the private economy in Fengxian District, improved their comprehension and recognition of the Party building work in "two enterprises and three New", broadened their horizons through on-site visits, expanded their perspectives through learning and exchanges, and enhanced their capabilities through investigation and research. In the future, the selected cadres will uphold the political responsibility of alleviating the Party's concerns, the service awareness of solving the people's problems, and the practical character of forging ahead with dedication. They will strive to run the baton of history well and write a glorious chapter of "Beautiful and strong Fengxian" in their youth!
